I was born in the remote savannah woodlands of East Africa, where I spent my early years herding cattle under wide skies and endless horizons. That life taught me patience, observation, and the beauty of patterns — lessons that still shape how I see and create today.

I’m Andom, a product designer, researcher, and data storyteller who believes visuals can bridge worlds — from raw experience to refined understanding. My journey took me from herding fields to the digital realm, where I now craft design solutions and stories that connect people, place, and purpose.

Over the years, I’ve worked on tourism, tech, and research organizations across Africa and the US — creating digital products, visual entities, and destination development projects that celebrate culture and community. I’ve also written some books and produced travel guides and illustrated maps that help travelers explore and understand the stories behind every landscape.

My passion lies in turning information into emotion — using design and storytelling to make knowledge engaging, memorable, and human.

I’m always open to collaborations that combine design, storytelling, and innovation — projects that make information not just seen, but felt.

When I’m not busy at work, you’ll likely find me outdoors.  I love exploring new places, cultures, and histories—getting lost in nature and discovering the stories landscapes hold. I rarely miss a sunset; it feels almost like I’m the one guiding the sun to its rest. And along the way, I capture everything through my camera—collecting the world in photographs as I travel.
